The Home Page or the Dashboard Page lets you see all important information about your account at a glance. You can visualise the Collected Rent, the Rent Statistics, Total Rental Units, and Occupancy Statistics and navigate to important pages.
Rent Collection Statistics
On the top of the page, you will see a “Rent Collected” card which shows the total rent that has been collected in the selected date range. To change the date range, click on the downward arrow on the top right corner of the card. This will open a date range picker where would be able to select a Date Range. Once done, click on “Save” on the top right corner and your Rent Collection statistics should be filtered based on the date range. This card also contains a link for you to download all your data in CSV format. To do so, click on the “Download CSV” button and you should now be on the “Download Rent History” page.
Below the rent collected card, you will see three mini cards for “Expiring Leases”, “Due Invoices”, and “Paid Invoices.” Each of these cards also contains links to the dedicated pages.
Further below, you would see a Pie Chart visualising the collected rent and the outstanding rent. By clicking on the “Rent Collected” tile you will navigate to the Receipts page. Clicking on the “Outstanding” tile will navigate you to the Outstanding Invoices page.
Rental units
Track Rents comes with multiple tiers of subscription. Each of these tiers gives you additional access to the app. The free tier comes with only 3 Rental Units while “Pro level III” comes with 100 Rental Units. You are not allowed to create more Rental Units after you have surpassed your rental units creation limit. This limit can be seen in the “Rental Units Left” section of the dashboard. You can see the total rental units you have created out of the total available for your account tier. Below that, you would be able to see your subscription level. From here, you can navigate to the Pro Level Selection page which lets you buy or upgrade your Pro membership of Track Rents.
Occupancy Statistics
At the bottom of the page, you would see the “Occupancy Statistics” section for your account. This would show the numeric details of the properties and rental units.
