The Income Page presents crucial information about the Collected and Outstanding Rents. Here, you can filter the data according to a date range and look at the income statistics of each Property in detail.
Filter Data upon Date Range
To filter the income statistics over a particular period of time, click on the date range button at the top of the page. By default, the Date Range button has the current month on it. After clicking on the date range button, a bottom sheet titled “Select Date Range” should appear. This bottom sheet comes with 5 buttons. You can select three of pre-defined values such as “This Month”, “Next Month”, and “This Year” or you can select a custom date range. To do so, click on “Custom Date Range” and it should scroll down to a date range picker in the sheet. Here, you can select a custom date range and when done, click on “Submit.” After submitting the value, the selected date range should appear as text on the date range picker button, and all your income data should be filtered according to that date range. To reset the date range, either long press the date range button or click on it and select “Reset” from the bottom sheet.
Checking Income Statistics
The income page presents Pie Charts and links to the Receipts and Outstanding Rent Pages. To see the list of collected receipts, click on the “Rent Collected” tile in the “Total Invoices” card. To see the rent that is outstanding, click on the “Outstanding” tile on the same card.
Below the Total Invoices section, you will see four cards that would mention some important values about your account.
Below this, you would find the Properties section which will show each properly and a dedicated pie chart. For their Collected and Outstanding rents, you can click on the “Collected” or the “Due” tile to navigate to the Receipts and Outstanding rent pages respectively. You can also navigate to the outstanding rent page by clicking on the floating button at the bottom of the page.
